This project is a tappas restaurant & bar with organic market open to the public. The kitchen and market are visible to the restaurant and bar seating areas and the spaces can be utilized separately or together to allow for cooking classes and events. The glass panels over the built-in seating create division between spaces and shield upward facing light fixtures built-in behind the benches at the interior wall, creating a dramatic lighting effect. Additional lighting is incorporated overhead in dropped down square panels on the bias to allow for recessed light and layering to the ceiling design above.
